ERP Software Replication

Weighbridge Software and Inventory Management
The trucks bringing in raw material such as sand and aggregate are first weighed on the weighbridge before entering the premises. This allows us to easily overview two tasks: the acceptance of the waybills and the inventory management. Immediately after the weighing, the system automatically creates a stock card and prints out a weigh bill (memo will replace this word). The operator can conduct the weighing process from their own screen without having to use any extra employees. The module records all the procedures during weighing and approves the agreed upon waybill. As the product is registered officially, the stock management process can also be commenced, allowing the module to complete the two tasks.
Incoming Quality Control and Concrete Mix Design Module
The module allows the laboratories to register the records obtained from the different material tests, create formula designs based on these data, test whether the designed formula is suitable with the concrete type and features, and prepare the gradation curve. With the designed recipe, the system monitors the production records in the laboratory, and, if the production records are compatible, distributes them to be used as production receipts.
Through this module, instead of Excel documents prepared and monitored by individual quality managers, a single platform, containing past archives that can be accessed at any time, is achieved.
Concrete Sample Tracking and Quality Control Module
The module registers and monitors the samples taken from the produced concrete according to their compression test dates, notifies the user when the compression test date is approaching, and automatically creates quality reports based on the sample compression test results.
Concrete Compression Testing Machine Integration Module
With this module, the existing press machine is integrated with the VEKON Software, all the processes related to the press machine are managed through the VEKON software, and the data is saved in Vekon. The data that is automatically transferred increases the efficiency of the system.
Electricity Meters Control Module
The electricity meter module is used for the control of the industrial electric meters. The module records the amount of electricity consumed by each plant. It monitors the Active/Passive/Reactive usages according to the entered data, and determines penalties in case of capacitor failures.
Fuel Monitoring and Integration
This module enables the integration of the facility’s fuel filling system and the Vekon Automation System. With the integration, firms can conduct fuel usage efficiency analysis based on the amount of carried concrete and distance travelled (m3/Lt, km/Lt)
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Integration
This module enables the integration of the IP call center, with the Vekon Order module. The system automatically detects the calling customer and connects them to the employee in charge of the order of the customer. The module also provides access to the call records of the orders, so that in case of a problem the conversations can be monitored and the source of the issue detected
Vehicle Tracking Integration
With this module, firms can integrate their existing vehicle tracking systems to the Vekon batching software. Detailed information on the produced concrete loaded on the vehicle, production facility, customer and production site are automatically transferred to the vehicle tracking system, creating a smarter system.
Preventative Maintenance Planning Module
The module regularly monitors the maintenance of all vehicles and equipment. The system works in integration with the Vekon batching software and vehicle tracking system, and informs the related person when the maintenance date is approaching or when the maintenance is not completed.
Malfunction Reporting and Repair Tracking
This module records all reported equipment failures and informs the designated repair personnel by adding it to their ‘to do list.’ After the malfunction is repaired, all the operations, materials, working personnel, and the working hours are recorded in detail so that maintenance and repair information related to each equipment can be easily accessed when needed. If you have the ERP integration module, the spare parts and the labor information will be automatically transferred to the ERP system to be reflected in the cost calculations.
Tire Tracking
The module is designed specifically for tracking tires, which is a significant cost for companies. Tires are monitored on the basis of vehicle and axe, through the tire’s serial number. While installing the tire, distance traveled by vehicle is entered into the system, and tire life is analyzed to avoid fraudulent activity. The module also tracks coating and subsequent usage for tires that have completed their lifetime.
Electronic Document Management and Archiving
This module enables companies to store, share and manage their documents electronically. Documents such as in-house instructions and work orders are digitally delivered to the determined personnel.
E-Approval
Certain business processes require authorization from the designated person before proceeding with the operation. The authorized personnel can grant permission to the request without having to be present, speeding up the process.
Customer Visit Tracking Module
All customer visits conducted by sales personnel are recorded and archived. Information on when the visit has taken place, meeting documents and the person who visited are recorded and the company archive is created.
Sending Reports by Email
With this module, you can email all types of dashboard reports form either once or on a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). You can email the reports to users or groups.
Announcement
Email notifications are sometimes not read by the staff. Through this system, announcements show up as pop-ups so it is read directly by recipients. Through the e-signature feature, users can monitor whether the announcement has been read or not.
Authority Delegation Management
With this module, employees can delegate their authority to a designated person for a desired period when they go on leave or don’t have access to the system.
Incoming Quality Control and Concrete Mix Design Module
The module allows for the registration of different test results of the material obtained from the various sources, based on which lab technician create mix designs. Instead of individual excel files that the laborant prepares and monitors, quality management is conducted from one platform and archived. This grants immediate access to past archives.
Smart Dispatch Planning & Fleet Management Module
Accurate planning of vehicle and equipment is very important for efficiency, especially for companies with operations in various facilities. This module makes instantly updated plans using special algorithms and enables companies to use their fleets most effectively.
Sales Contract and Price Matrix
This module archives and monitors the concrete properties and price information in the contracts signed between the concrete company and the customers. Possible errors in the invoicing process due to variability of concrete prices are minimized.
VEKON CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This is the main software necessary for the running of all the other modules. All production facility data is managed from a center. Through the centralized management system, company managers can easily track, control, and analyze operations. The software digitalizes all business processes and collects the data in a single platform. The system is also integrated with the other software utilized by the company (such as ERP), increasing efficiency, data security, and surveillance while decreasing the margin of error.
Data collected from facilities can be reported and analyzed in instantaneous, weekly, or monthly periods as determined by the managers.
Email and SMS Notification
In cases where certain personnel or clients need to be informed about various business processes, the module will automatically generate email or sms messages to the designated person.
Report Mailing Module
All requested reports are sent automatically by email instantly or at certain intervals (daily, monthly and yearly). Reports can be sent to either a selected group or on an individual basis.
Spare Parts and Inventory Management
The module tracks the inventory of spare parts and materials used for all vehicles and equipment belonging to the company. Vehicle costs are calculated by monitoring outgoing inventory based on vehicle and equipment. The module also conducts productivity analysis by comparing the data obtained from the vehicles and equipment (i.e. distance travelled, engine hours) with the average lifetime of spare parts.

The offers of the sales department are prepared through this module. Employee Bonus Calculation
This module automatically calculates monthly deliveries for companies that provide bonuses to truck mixer and concrete pump drivers based on the amount of concrete carried and poured.
